Design and collectible details
The obverse has a warm orange print and shows a woman in traditional folk dress at left. A foil rectangle in the upper right displays the note’s value and an outline map of Cyprus, while Greek and Turkish lettering reflects the island’s official monetary context.
The reverse features Cypriot handcrafts with a Kato Drys village scene in the background. This cultural design gives the note strong regional character and makes it a compact, affordable addition to a Cyprus or pre-euro European banknote collection.
